Income Goal 2021
I have received my last paycheck for 2021 so I can officially say it: I made my income goal of $250,000!!!
Due to all the closings being pushed back, I really wasn’t sure where I would come in for the year. At one point, it looked like I would come in closer to 300K, but supply chains. Whatcha gonna do? š¤·š¾āāļø
In the end, I had over 40 closings this year. That is a lot and more than I have had in the past. The highest of my career at this point. I am somewhere between thrilled and stunned currently. š
So far, 2022 is looking to be about the same if not higher than 2021. That will make for an interesting year for sure.

That is amazing, FOGA! My income came in around half of 2020, but I only worked 5 months, so I will call that a win!!
And my net worth grew almost 40k after I collected my last paycheck, so I’m actually closer to my FI number than when I quit – W00T!
