Sweet Progress
So many things have actually happened since the last update. We got drywall, paint inside and outside, interior doors & trim, tile, and cabinets! 😍😍😍
Cabinets were the last huge thing so this is awesome. Now we should be fairly smooth sailing at this point. Still got some delays with HVAC and electrical, but the waiting months for one thing phase of construction should be entirely over.
Closing is still guesstimated for September, so once we get within 60 days, then the mortgage fun will start again. Should be fairly close at this point though. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Going to have to start getting ready to get it rented soon. 😊
