Maxed Out IULs for 2021!!!
For the first time ever, we met the annual premium for our IULs and maxed it out for the year!!! For the first time ever, and we have had these for about 6+ years now.
That is another goal down for the year!!! We’ve maxed out my 401K, both IRAs, and now the IULs. Just over two months left to make all the other goals. Honestly, this is quite crazy to me. This has only been possible because of how crazy the real estate market is currently. Once things start to slow down (I really hope it does), I am not sure how attainable all of this is in the future. For now, I can definitely enjoy it while it lasts.
On to the next goal (after another mandatory week of celebration). 🙂

Let’s see, I think the fact that I have stuck with my auto investing for 4 months straight without stopping it has been a real win for me. I have that terrible temptation to time the market and tend to try to withhold cash to build up a big amount to invest at once, rationalizing that DCA isn’t as beneficial, but it’s far worse not to just put the farm money in the market. So my only real goal is to keep it up the rest of the year and all next year. Training! 😬
