Busy Week

Well, this past week has been eventful. I didn’t even have time to post a Highlander review. My deepest apologies. Every day this week has been consumed with work. Where I usually am bored at work, this week I have been busier than I have been in months. Training new people, helping others, and now we’re launching a whole new section of homes that are now available for sale over a month ahead of schedule. It’s been a bit crazy.

At home, D’s been home around the same times as me. That is not normal. His schedule and mine are generally not in sync. I have a set schedule every week with my job, and his is all over the place. For instance, he’s working a full week of overnights this month, and I won’t see him that whole week.  My schedule can get hectic, and I’ll end up working late or going in early. So, us seeing each other for more than two days a week is terrific. Mainly spent the time making home improvements and watching One Piece.

Then, my car decided that it was going to freak out and everything electrical in my car went crazy. It took a few tries to get the car to start and, when it did, nothing worked. My AC was out, and a bunch of lights were on, including my power steering. I am not good with cars at all, so I freaked out. Took the car in and it turned out that it was my battery which was the most cost-effective option. Of course, when you take in your car, it can never just be the issue you came in for. In my case, a part of my car was recalled, and I will need to go back this week to take care of that. I had to go into work right afterward so doing it then was out of the question.

So, been a little busy, but trying to get everything back on track for next week.
